The Process
How It Works for Families
01
Start with a Consultation
We meet with you and your loved one — together or separately — to understand their needs, preferences, and daily routines. There's no pressure and no commitment required.
02
Build a Personalized Plan
We create a service plan tailored to your loved one's lifestyle. Services can be adjusted at any time as needs change.
03
Stay Informed
With your loved one's permission, we provide regular updates to family members. You'll always know how things are going — without having to ask.
04
Adjust as Life Changes
Life evolves. We're flexible. Whether your loved one needs more support or less, we adapt our services to match their current needs.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you protect my parent's privacy and dignity?
Privacy and dignity are at the core of everything we do. We only share information with family members that our client has explicitly authorized us to share. Our team is trained to support — never to take over — and to always follow our client's lead.
Can I set up services for a parent who lives in Austin while I'm out of state?
Absolutely. Many of our clients' families live outside of Austin. We handle the coordination entirely, and we keep you informed with regular updates. You can be as involved as you'd like.
What if my parent is resistant to accepting help?
This is very common. We recommend starting with a single, low-stakes service — like a grocery run or a ride to an appointment. Once clients experience the convenience and the quality of our team, they often become enthusiastic advocates.
How quickly can services begin?
After an initial consultation, most clients can begin services within a few days. For urgent situations, we do our best to accommodate faster timelines.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis. You can adjust, pause, or discontinue services at any time.
